My First Link-Up & I have a 6 Month Old!

Well hey there!  It's Tuesday and I am not sure how I feel about it.  One, I am a little sick (thanks Shurn), Two, I have a TON of work to do at work today, and Three, I am daydreaming about the temps being in the high 40s this weekend!  Oh, and the best thing of all: This little guy turned 6 months old today!! 

I can't believe I am 6 months old either!!!

 He doesn't quite sit up by himself yet (without leaning on something) but he is getting there.  Last night, however, I looked away for 1 second and when I looked back he had barrel rolled across our entire living room.  Looks like my sitting days are over. 

Now for my link-up!  I follow some blogs as you can see on the left side of my page.  I was reading Holly's blog at Where We Can Live Like Jack and Sally and noticed she is doing a finish the sentence link-up.  So I jumped on board.

1. If calories didn't count, I would eat... Cuban sandwiches daily, drink copious amounts of soda, and then top it all off with a carrot cake (the whole thing) while pounding a bottle of Moscato.  After that I would let my food settle and then I would eat a pepperoni pizza and have a bowl bin of ice-cream with caramel and hot fudge on top....and candy, lots of candy.

2. On my Prom night.... I had more fun at the after-prom that the actual prom.  My date was my friend's brother and if I remember correctly, he started getting sick while we were standing in line for the grand march.  We did make it through the grand march, but then we immediately went our separate ways and I hung out with my friends the rest of the night.  My dress, however, was amazing.  I wish I had a picture to show!!

3. When I go to the store, I always buy... a celebrity gossip magazine.  It's my weakness....my guilty pleasure.  Then I bring them home and just look at the pictures.

4. Family functions typically... include parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, etc. and happen at least 2 times per month.  They start off with everyone eating, hanging out, kids playing, and end with kids sleeping, adults drinking, and adults playing games the rest of the night. 

5. I think my blog readers... are out there somewhere???!!! Holla back at me, whooo whooo!!!!

6. I'd much rather be..... a party planner for a famous person.  Preferably someone like Justin Timberlake, Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrell, or Jimmy Fallon.  I can see myself cracking jokes, having a great time, and everyone totally wanting to hang with me.  Then I would eventually get invited to go on vacations to Rome, or fashion week, or places where all the cool people hang.  Then before you know it, I will be attending birthdays, holidays, and will be given a Jaguar and a mansion for being so awesome.   

7. I have an obsession with.... my son, purses, reality tv, earrings (big, dangly ones), the color turquoise, and bronzed skin.

8. My work friends.... are all awesome.  I work with such a great team and feel pretty lucky that we can all get along and work together the way we do.  Also, some of them even listen to be rant on and on about KB and don't complain.  :)

9. When I created my Facebook account.... I was a freshman in college and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.  I remember sitting on there for hours just looking at people I went to high school with and thinking to myself how sneaky I was! HA!  I also rememeber taking pictures at parties, in the dorms, etc. and thinking "new profile pic" after every picture.

10. My least favorite word is... crotch.  Enough said.

11. I really don't remember.... the exact moment I knew Bud would some day be my husband.  But I always just knew.  Plus, when I heard he was an "ass-man"  I knew I would be a shoe-in. 

12. Justin Bieber.... needs to get his sh*t together!  Don't ruin your reputation because you and your girlfriend broke up.  I mean, you are like, what, 14 years old?  I am sure amongst the obsessed teeny boppers there is another Selena Gomez waiting for you, so STOP IT!
